Television

With the gorgeous scenery New Zealand has to offer, you might find you don't have much time for watching television. However, should you decide you need one anyway, New Zealand's television and video system is PAL 625, which is the same as most European countries.

Electricity

New Zealand voltage is 240 volts. European appliances can be used in New Zealand with a three-pronged adapter plug. Adapter plugs can be bought in most electrical shops and also at the airport.

Driving System

New Zealand has a left hand side driving system. You may use an international driver's license, but are also expected to get a New Zealand license.
