Customer Reviews
Very Comfortable
The shoes are great, good fit, comfort and support. I defiantly recommend buying a pair. Great for walking!!
Went to the shoe because of the post insert
Went to the shoe insert “post” because of the post insert. Had thought that once I established which shoe I needed for my heel… They would have everything else shoe related. I.e.: slippers, boots, sandals, dress shoes, boots… Found out that not all shoes come in the post though. Had to pull out the insert for the slippers to get my correct heel. Was limited to dress shoes and other shoes not available in the post. Disappointed that I cannot buy all shoes in abeo for my condition as that is the only shoe/insert that works for my condition
Great Item
Very Comfortable insert and helps my feet with support
Reduced stress on joints
I walked across the foot analyzer, it displayed the need for arch support, great. I used it according to the instructions, 1 then 2 then 3...hours. The issue is that the arch is too high and once used an exchange was refused. So here I am with a $40 + insole that I cant use. I am 5’4” and the same support is sold to a 6’ 0” customer with the shoe size. Who’s to say what the height of the support should be, an inch for me 1 1/2 for her, 2 for him? The analyzer doesn’t measure that and if it does variable height arch support isn’t offered by The Walking Company. It’s a generic sell one size fits all and of all our human differences our feet are at the from o the line. I would really like it if TWC reached out to me for a more detailed, one to one, review of their insoles but we all know how that will go.
