not for winter, for fashion
These are more for the metrosexual, the man about town. They aren't good for winter use. And the European sizing is confusing. I would recommend ordering one size up, maybe even two sizes up, to make sure you can fit your winter socks in them. The top part is not stiff, it's pliable, so it is hard to fit onto your feet in order to pull. They seem feminine to me, almost like they are more appropriate for women. I made the decision to send them back within 5 minutes of receiving them.

Very attractive design. Excellent quality materials and construction. Ample fit-they run a little big. Very comfortable in the foot area, but the collar would benefit from greater cushioning. The collar rubbed and pressed into the back of my ankle, causing significant discomfort. Im reluctantly returning these boots. Im giving them a qualified recommendation, but only for those who can tolerate the collar issue.
