Velcro won't hold, orthotic won't stay in place, and WalkingCo won't return my email or call.
I bought the sandals, in August, to take to Florida for a winter vacation, I keep them in the box until I flew to Florida in December. The first time I wore the sandals, the velcro on the left sandal refused to hold after 5 minutes of shopping and neither orthotic would stay placed, what a miserable day.
No good
The insoles slide out and the back strap comes undone. But only on one shoe. These shoes are enough to make you fall.

I bought these at a clearance price and at that price these are great sandals. I just glued in the orthotic insoles and set that back strap just a tiny bit looser than I normally would like and all the problems with these sandals disappeared. They are cute, made out of a nice durable leather and very comfortable. That being said if I had bought them full price I would have been disappointed, you shouldn’t have to figure out how to make your shoes fit if you are paying over a hundred dollars for them but at clearance price they are at least a 4 star sandal.
Disappointed
I had high hopes for this sandal and Im disappointed in it While the adjustable straps on the sandal are a great feature, unfortunately the main issue is with the foot sole insert that is designed for the sandal. The right one keeps slipping out which is frustrating as theres no reason for it to do so. When Im walking, it continues to slip out the back of the sandal... this doesnt happen with the left one and this didnt happen with my first pair of these exact sandals and the insoles for that pair. :(

I have several Abeo shoes and have had no problem with the. This shoe is different. First, the insole moves when you walk making it a trip hazard. Next the velcro ankle straps open up as you walk so the shoe literally falls off your foot. Then the base of the shoes is so darn hard, it huts.
