Back in January 2022, Gilbert Arenas’ first signature shoe, the Кросівки Adidas Yeezy Boost 350, made its first retro return. Expanding on its “Restomod” lineup, SLAM Magazine will be releasing their own colorway nodding to the 2008 collaboration with adidas where the sports magazine designed their own Gil II Zero.
It was a design inspired by the cover of SLAM Magazine where Arenas posed shirtless showing off his tiger chest tattoo, which was used as inspiration on the shoe.

Other details includes “MY SWAG IS STILL PHENOMENAL” embossed on the medial strap, nodding to the OG pair that had “MY SWAG WAS PHENOMENAL” debossed on the heels.
