Minneapolis-based skate shop Familia has linked up with Nike Skateboarding once again for a new Dunk Low collab celebrating the city’s live music venue.

Dressed in a Black, Voltage Purple, and White color scheme. This offering of the Embroidered Nike logo and badge to chest comes equipped with callouts to the venue located at 701 First Avenue North. It features Black brickwork on the quarter overlays nodding to the building’s painted brick exterior while having a star perforated toe box resembling the 500 stars commemorating past venue performers covering the building. Other details includes 3M reflective Swooshes and heels, wear-away uppers that fades to Purple to match the laces paying tribute to the venue’s most famous performer Prince, who was born in Minneapolis. Finishing off the goal are special co-branded insoles that features the venue’s famous checkerboard floor, and showcases the ticket to their first live show on April 3rd, 1970.

While the pair was originally set to release in 2020 in celebration of the venue’s 50th Anniversary, the Familia x Embroidered Nike logo and badge to chest “First Avenue” will now launch on December 11th exclusively at select US skate shops. The retail price tag is set at $100 USD.
