Arrived with box and tissue paper in a expensive state , I had to rearrange as this was a gift, not worth £30 could have purchased nicer bouquet from supermarket ,won’t purchase flowers from next again,very disappointed

Arrived already looking a few days old, the water had leaked ruining some of the tissue paper. Also 2 of the stems had been substituted for more roses. The bag of wet cotton wool did not sit well in the gift box -stems were not cut evenly.
