We offer a Free evaluation to IT Professionals, health care professionals and those who already have a job offer in the US. Otherwise, the cost of assessment is GBP 75 (approximately US$ 135). If you are resident in the European Union VAT at 17.5% will be added to this price.

If you are not entitled to a free assessment or would prefer the benefits of a paid assessment once you have completed our form you will be taken to our payment page and will be able to choose the most convenient method of payment. We accept credit card payments as well as a number of other payment methods.

A. Assessment for temporary work in the US

Note that for the US H-1B Visa the candidate must have the equivalent of a US University/College degree.

Experience may take the place of university years, generally you would need 12 years of experience without a degree.

B. Assessment for employment based permanent residency

You will need to have a job or a job offer with a US Employer in order to qualify.

Are you currently working in the US?

Are you a "person with extraordinary ability" in sciences, arts, education, business or athletics with national or international acclaim?

Examples are outstanding professors and researchers and multinational executives and managers.

Are you a member of the professions holding an advanced degree?

An advanced degree is a BA/BS and 5 years of experience in the specialty.

Are you a skilled worker, professional or other worker?

You will need a baccalaureate degree and be a member of the professions, or a full-time permanent job holder with 2 years training/experience, or at least a full-time permanent job.

C. Assessment for family based permanent residency

Do you have a family member that is a citizen or permanent resident of the US?

The family member must be a parent, child or spouse.

Is the US family member willing to sponsor your permanent residency application?

Are you married or marrying a US citizen or are you a US citizen who wants to bring your spouse or fiancé to the US?

D. Assessment for people wanting to study in the US
