    Back in 1996, the Karhu Fusion was released and quickly became one of the top running shoes from Karhu. For the Fusion's comeback, the Finnish brand sat down with the original designer from back then and together they reworked the original design uprising relaunching the Fusion 2.0 in 2015.

    About Karhu

    The Finnish brand Karhu was founded in 1916 and initially produced spears, discuses and skis, then a few years later running shoes. Karhu is particularly known for its Fulcrum technology. This was developed in 1987 and has since been tested and perfected at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland and Iowa State University in the USA. It provides targeted cushioning that allows for a more natural running feel and a better kick.
