UK Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship Licence – Enabling employers to recruit from abroad

UK Tier 1 PSW to Tier 2 Visa – Continue working in the UK!

While the UK Border Agency has stopped processing applications for Tier 1 Post Study Work visas, those already on a Tier 1 PSW visa can apply for a Tier 2 visa in order to remain working in the UK. If applying for a Tier 2 (General) visa, the new rules require applicants to have an offer of a skilled job at a salary of at least £20,000.
