As expected, it seems that there will be an expansion of the Tier 2 Sponsor Licence and Tier 2 visa system in 2021.  Unless there is a delay in the Brexit transitional period more employers will need a Sponsor Licence in 2021.  In fact, the Government is encouraging more employers to apply under the Tier 2 Sponsor Licence system.

Whatever the truth may be about the bullying allegations, there is a very serious problem with the way that UK immigration policy is being implemented.  Whose fault is this?   The Government?  Civil Servants?  Both?

There are numerous criticisms of the new UK visa points based system due to be implemented from 1 January 2021.  If low skilled workers are not allowed into the Country under the new system, this is likely to mean serious skills shortages.
